[Music] In this video we will learn how to delete company in Tally using 2 methods: So first open Tally. Enter your vault password and press Enter key. Enter your username and password and press Enter key. [Music] Click on Company Info or press Alt+F3 on keyboard. Go to Alter and Press Enter Key. Select company you want to delete. Press Alt+D to delete company. You will get a popup message saying Delete?. Press Enter key. Again another popup message will appear asking Are you sure?. Again Press Enter key. and your company will be deleted. You can create another company if you need. So now we will proceed to Method 2. Click on configure or press F12 on keyboard. Double click on Data Configuration. Here you can check Location of data files. So we will go to same location now. You can see we have 2 folders here. These are 2 companies we have. Procedure In the SAP Cloud Appliance Library, choose Accounts to display the list of accounts. Choose Delete for the account you want to delete from SAP Cloud Appliance Library. The system opens the Delete Account dialog box. Caution. Choose OK to delete the account.
Open the studio mode again and click on the field that you need to delete, then click on Remove From View option at the bottom left of the screen.
Click on the Contracts tab in the header pane to open the contract list view page. Enable the check box beside the Contracts Name to be deleted. Click on Delete. A pop up window confirming the delete operation appears.

To create a contract account, you must assign an existing business partner and select a relevant business agreement class and term of payment. You cannot change a business agreement class once it has been assigned.
