Step 1 − On the home screen of RFQ, select Reference to PReq tab. Step 2 − Enter the requisition number for which you want to create an RFQ. Click on Save. A new Request for Quotation will be created with reference to Purchase Requisition.
Delete a request for quotation Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Requests for quotations > All requests for quotations. Open the RFQ that you want to delete. On the Action Pane, click Delete.
Click the Quotations tab. On the Vendors sub tab, in the Quotations for Vendor table window, click Mark Row for Delete for the quotation line that you want to delete. Optional: Repeat step 3 for each quotation line for each vendor.

Open the quote that you want to close and select Close Quote on the command bar. In the Close Quote dialog box, enter the following information: Status Reason: Select the status of the item. The choices available by default are Lost, Canceled, and Revised.
Procedure Display the sales quotation or sales order you want to cancel. Tap . Choose Cancel Quotation or Cancel Order (depends on the selected document) A warning saying that the action is irreversible appears. To complete the cancellation, tap OK. The status of the document is set to Canceled.

From Setup, enter Mass Delete Records in the Quick Find box, then select Mass Delete Records and click the link for the type of record to delete. Review the information that is deleted with the records.

Update the quote field Opportunity to look up to the new opportunity. Check the Primary checkbox on the quote to sync the two records.
