How To Unlink Form Google Sheets Open the spreadsheet you want to unlink to form from and locate the tab where the form data is stored. Click on the down arrow tab menu icon to open the tab menu, then Choose Unlink Form from the menu. Click OK in the popup that appears. The form is now unlinked.

To delete existing responses, view the Responses tab, click the three dots (ellipses) in the responses panel and select Delete all responses.
Delete individual responses Open a form in Google Forms. At the top left under Responses, click Individual. Click Previous or Next. to find the response that you want to delete. Click Delete. OK.
Once you submit your form responses, your responses are recorded and your teacher can view them. You cannot delete them, however it is possible to submit the form again IF your teacher did not restrict it to one response only.
Edit your form Open a form in Google Forms. Click Add . To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Type the possible responses to your question. To prevent people from not answering, turn on Required.
