Alright, in this video I would like to show you guys how to delete your client, farm and fields and the data from your Gen 4 Display in your equipment. For starters were going to go through our field and boundary list and delete them individually that way and then well do a factory reset after that. First we want to go to our menu on the bottom right, select our applications. Once in here we look for this field and boundaries. Now youll notice a manage client, farm and fields at the bottom. Select that. We need to get into our client list. Keep in mind our active client farm and field we have selected, we cannot delete from this. We can only delete our inactive ones. Right now I have John Deere with Deere and quarter northeast selected so we can only delete the Leading Edge here. If we simply hit edit clients we then can select that inactive and from here you notice a delete client in the bottom left. We select that we now have an option to delete. Delete a site column from SharePoint Select Settings, Site information, and then View all site settings. Under Web Designer Galleries, select Site columns. Scroll to the site column you want to delete and select the name. Select Delete. If youre sure you want to delete the site column permanently, select OK.
Generally, the Title column is a main column that is used to open, edit and work with the items in a SharePoint list. Another important usage of the Title column is that this column is used in the View settings in 3 ways: Display the Title in text format, text (linked to item), and text (linked to item with edit menu).
Just follow these steps: Click on the Settings gear and choose Edit Page to open the page in Edit Mode. Click on the Edit pencil icon in the Title Area. Set the Layout to Plain, save, and close the page.
In the web-part, go to its Properties, then go to Appearance. Here, in Chrome Type select None, this will hide both the title and border. Hope it helps.
What is the Title field? It is another piece of metadata that exists in both lists and libraries. By default, it is optional in document libraries and mandatory for SharePoint lists.
To remove it click the New button in the top left, then in the form click the pen paper icon at the top right, select Edit columns. The columns in your list will be shown and you can de-select the Title column then click Save. Then just click the x in the top right to close the panel.
Open the SharePoint document library where you want to delete items. To select one or more items that you want to delete, hover over the folder, and then select the checkbox. Right-click a file, folder, or link icon, and then select Delete. In the Delete confirmation dialog, click OK.
If you are using the modern SharePoint list, click on the little arrow in the title column, then click on Column settings - Rename. Then click on the Save button, then you can see the Title column is renamed. This is how we can rename the SharePoint list title column.
Note: Lists and libraries contain required columns that cant be deleted, such as the Title or Name. If the column cant be deleted, the Delete button is not available. If you cant delete a column, but you dont want the column to appear in a view, you can hide it from the view.
How to remove the title column from the SharePoint Online list? Navigate to the list settings Click on the Title column under the Columns section. Set the Require that this column contains information to No and save your changes.
