Removing a password from a document is a simple process, but you have to know the original password. Open the document and enter its password. Go to File Info Protect Document Encrypt with Password. Clear the password in the Password box, and then click OK.

Remove a password from a document Open the document and enter its password. Go to File Info Protect Document Encrypt with Password. Clear the password in the Password box, and then click OK.
How to remove PDF passwords. Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro on Windows or Mac. Choose Tools Encrypt Remove Security. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it. If the document has a permissions password, type the correct password in the Enter Password box and then click OK.
Navigate to the Protect tab and click the Encrypt button. In the pop-up dialog box, you can see the password set previously. Then click the check box to cancel the password and click Confirm. This way the password protection is removed .
