Modify recurring payments. To change a recurring payment, click the customer name to open payment details. In some cases, you can make changes directly within the list. You can change the amount, update a customers name, address, credit card number or card expiration date.
Heres how to edit the information. In the QuickBooks Online mobile app, tap Menu ☰. Select the ALL tab. In the Money in section, select Sales receipts or Invoice payments. Select the sales receipt or invoice payment that you want to edit. Select Edit ✎. Make changes, then select Save.
Quickbooks keeps asking me to sign into my payments account Open your QuickBooks company. Go to Edit and select Preferences. Select Service Connection. Select Company Preferences. Select how you want to connect: Automatically connect or. Always ask for a password. Select OK to save the settings.
Navigate to the location of the company file within QuickBooks to initiate the process of removing the password and ensuring access to the financial data. Once you have accessed QuickBooks, click on the File menu and select Open or Restore Company.
To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
Item Receipts Open the item receipt. Go to the Reports tab, then select Transaction Journal. Click the Customize button. Set the appropriate reporting date. In the Columns menu, select the Item, Item Description, Qty, and Amount column. Hit OK.
How to customize form templates. Select the type of form youd like to customize. From the form, select the Formatting tab then select Manage Templates. Select a template to preview, then select Copy to create a new template or select OK to edit the template.
PROCEDURE: Open the QuickBooks company file as an admin. Select Edit Preferences. Select Accounting on the left. Open the Company Preferences tab. Click Set Date/Password. Remove the password from the Password/Confirm Password fields. Click OK.
