Procedure. Go to Admin Center Manage Data. Select Work Order from the first search dropdown. (Optional) You can choose to include inactive records, and select a date value to further streamline your search.
Required Editions and User Permissions If an order or reduction order has been activated, you cant delete its order products. But you can still edit an order products fields. After an order product has been reduced, you can no longer edit or delete the order product in that order.
Select the order. Select the checkboxes of the orders you want to delete. You can also delete an order on its details page. If no orders are available to delete, the delete button does not appear.
Short Answer: You cant. Standard Maximo will not let you delete it past a certain point. It keeps this data around for a sort of auditing (and because there could be a lot of dependencies to undo).
