Youve got say a seven page document and theres an eighth page and its just blank. You dont want that page to appear when you export as a PDF or when you print a document. Well, there are a few different reasons that you may see extra pages at the end of your Pages document. To get to the bottom of it the first thing you need to understand is that there are two different types of Pages documents. Theres a word processing document and a page layout document. In the Documents list at the right, scroll through the page guide to locate the page you want to delete. Hover over the page thumbnail with your mouse until a trash can icon appears at the bottom right corner of the image. Click the trash can icon to remove the page.
Open the PDF in Acrobat. Choose the Organize Pages tool from the right pane. The Organize Pages toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar, and the page thumbnails are displayed in the Document area. Select a page thumbnail you want to delete and click the Delete icon to delete the page.
Using Power PDF to Quickly Delete Pages from a PDF Open the PDF that you wish to modify in Power PDF. Find the Pages group on the main Home ribbon, then locate Document Assembly. You will see all the pages in the PDF on the screen. Select the page that you want to remove, right click, and select Delete.
Remove document elements To inspect your PDF document, select Security Security Remove Elements. The categories of sensitive/hidden contents found in the current PDF document appear as active, selected check boxes. To select all active elements or to remove all selections, select the Select All check box.
Click the Pages icon in the left-hand menu. The Pages panel will open, with each page of your PDF displayed as a thumbnail image. Highlight the page you want to delete by clicking on it. Right-click on any of the highlighted images. Select Delete. Choose Selected, then click OK. A confirmation window will appear.
Deleting a Page Show the Sidebar (View Show Sidebar) Set the Sidebar to show Thumbnails. Find the thumbnail of the page you want to delete and select it. Click the Delete button on your keyboard or choose Edit Delete from the menu.
Choose Tools Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Select pages to delete: Click the page thumbnail of any page or pages you want to delete, then click the Delete icon to remove the page or pages from the file.
Delete a page in Word Click or tap anywhere in the page you want to delete, press Ctrl+G. In the Enter page number box, type \page. Press Enter on your keyboard, and then select Close. Verify that a page of content is selected, and then press Delete on your keyboard.
