hey guys in this video Im going to show you how you can stop sharing your files and folders on a network to the other devices so lets get started and lets see how we can just stop sharing the files and folders which are on the network so what you can do is you just need to go on the PC where you are sharing your folders so you need to be an admin of that PC obviously and then here just go at the top on the folder explorer and then just type backslash backslash localhost and then whatever files and folders you will see under this backslash backslash localhost those are the files and folders which are shared on the network from your pc ok so if you want to just stop sharing a particular folder or a file on a network what you need to do is you just need to right-click on that folder and then go to the properties so right click and then go to the properties and then go to sharing and then go to advanced sharing and then just uncheck this box which says share this folder okay so uncheck
