Whats up guys, in this short tutorial, I will show you how to insert and delete pages in docHub InDesign. This should be quite an easy tutorial, everything you need will be listed in the description below. To follow this tutorial, have a multiple-page document opened in InDesign. Navigate to the Pages panel. If you dont see it, go to Window and select Pages. This will bring up the Pages panel running in your workspace. In the Pages panel, you can see a map of the pages in your document. To insert a new page, you will see a + icon towards the bottom of the Pages panel. If you click on it, a new page will be created and inserted into your InDesign document. This way, you can add multiple pages to your document. Now, if you wish to delete some of the pages from your document, simply click on the page icon that you want to delete and drag and drop it to the trash can located towards the bottom right corner of the Pages panel. Resolution Launch Crystal Reports designer. Create a new report and add a group. From Design tab right click on the Group Footer and select Section Expert. On the Section Expert window, go to Paging tab and check the following options: Click on OK. Go to Field Explorer.
I am using Jasperstudio. Then select No Pages. Also reduce your sub report high in the main report and ensure you detials band has no trailing space. (Meaning reduce detailed band so a sub report just fit on.)
To suppress blank sections: Go to Report Section Expert. Highlight the section that is showing blanks (in this example, the Details section) Mark the Suppress Blank Section checkbox. Click OK.
Type 1 in the box next to Of and then click OK to remove line spaces between lines of text.
How to remove the Others group in a Crystal Report Right-click on the Group Header/Footer section and select Change Group. Go to the Others tab. Select the radio button for Discard all others Click OK. Refresh the report.
To open Page Layout option in Crystal Report, go to File Page Setup. This option allows you to choose page options like: Paper size, paper width, paper height, and margins (left, right, top and bottom).
Choose File Report Designer. Select the report to open it in the design grid. To delete a page break, select the column to the right of the page break and choose Insert Remove Page break or use one of the following methods to resize a column in the Report Designer.
How to insert a page break in a Crystal report Go to Report Section Expert. Highlight the Group Footer section for the group that needs to have the page break. Mark the New Page After checkbox. Click OK. Refresh the report.
How to reset the page number in a Crystal Report Select Insert, Special Field in the menu bar. Select Page Number Field and place the new field in the Page Footer section of the report. Go to Format, Section. Mark both the New Page After, and the Reset Page Number After checkboxes for the desired section. Click OK.
Right-click on any section header in the report, or in the empty space around the sections. Select Report Header or Report Footer.
