In Xero, go back to the DOCX template you added in Invoice settings and click Upload. Under the template type, click Browse and select the customised DOCX template you want to upload, then click Open. Click Upload to confirm.

Select Templates. Right-click the invoice template you want to delete. Choose Delete Template. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
In the Business menu, select Invoices. Select the Repeating tab, then click New Repeating Invoice to create a new template. To edit an existing template, select one from the list. Enter or edit your information in the repeating transaction fields.
Delete an invoice template Click the organisation name, select Settings, and then click Invoice settings. (Optional) If youre deleting a DOCX template, download it first so you dont lose the template. Find the template you want to delete, click Options, and then select Delete.
