First off, what is Microsoft Bookings? Well, Microsoft Bookings allows customers to schedule time or appointments with small businesses. So, imagine that maybe youre a dentist, youre a piano teacher, youre a hairdresser, maybe youre a gym trainer. In all of those cases, you have customers who want to schedule time with you. So Bookings sets up a page where a customer can come in, they could choose a service that they want, they could choose the time when they want the service, and then Bookings will go ahead and schedule that appointment on behalf of the customer. And not only will it book the appointment, but then itll also remind the customer as the appointment gets closer via email and via text. And its not just limited to small businesses either. You

Booking a Meeting Room or Location in Outlook Open Outlook. Open the Calendar by clicking the calendar icon in the bottom left. Create a new meeting by clicking New Meeting. Enter the details for the meeting. Click Location to bring up the location finder.
If you have a read-only Internet calendar configured in Outlook.com, then youll have to visit the calendar with a web browser, log into the calendar using the owning account, and delete the event there. Additionally, if you want to remove a birthday, you may need to edit the persons contact.
Press Windows Key + R to open the Run command and type regedit then press Enter. Browse to the following path, right click on LocationMRU and select Delete. Outlook will automatically add the value back into the registry the next time you set a location on an appointment.
Remove or delete an email account from Outlook From the main Outlook window, select File in the upper left corner of the screen. Select Account Settings Account Settings. Select the account you want to delete, then select Remove.
Delete an appointment or a meeting In the navigation bar at the bottom of the window or on the left margin, click Calendar. For appointments or meetings you didnt organize, right-click and select Delete. For meetings you organized, right-click the meeting and select Cancel.
Response Options On the Meeting tab, in the Attendees section click the Responses button. Here disable the options Requests Responses and Allow New Time Proposals. Disable Request Responses when composing a meeting request with the Simplified Ribbon enabled (Microsoft 365).
You can also set this by clicking the Options button, and then select Location in the Personal options.
