Deleting a contract does not remove it from the Insight platform, instead, contracts are moved to the recycle bin and can still be accessed by users. Note: On a delete, even a soft delete, the near duplicate status of the object is also removed.
Open the contract workspace and navigate to the Documents. Click the name of the contract terms link and choose Delete.
To delete a Contract, click Del next to the Contract on the Contracts list page. A Contract can also be deleted by clicking Delete on the Contract detail page. Note: When deleting a Contract, all related Notes, Attachments, Events and Tasks, History, and Approval Requests are deleted.
Deleting a envelope removes it from your Sent or Drafts folder and places it in the Deleted folder. Envelopes in the Deleted folder will be removed within 24 hours.
Click on the Contracts tab in the header pane to open the contract list view page. Enable the check box beside the Contracts Name to be deleted. Click on Delete. A pop up window confirming the delete operation appears.
If you do not want void notifications sent to recipients whose turn it is to sign, you can correct the envelope to remove them from the signing order. After you correct the envelope you can void it, and notifications will be sent only to the recipients who have already finished signing.
Envelopes/Documents within an account are never removed unless one of the following has occurred: Draft envelopes are stored in your account for 30 days from the date they were created. eSignature User Guide (PDF) Account Administrator has enabled the Document Retention feature or used Targeted Purge.
In the Documents list at the right, scroll through the page guide to locate the page you want to delete. Hover over the page thumbnail with your mouse until a trash can icon appears at the bottom right corner of the image. Click the trash can icon to remove the page.
