A voter who has signed a petition may withdraw his or her name by filing a written request for the withdrawal with the appropriate county elections official prior to the date the petition is filed by the initiatives proponents.
There are ditto marks within the petition. The petition is not properly docHubd. Any part of the petition document is not filed in. The notary date is before the last required signature.
Withdrawal of signatures must be in writing. If you wish to withdraw your signature, you may do so by completing a Withdrawal From Recall Petition Form. You may return the form by either mailing it to our office, or sending it via email or fax.
A voter who has signed an initiative, referendum, or recall petition may submit a written request to the appropriate elections official to request that their name removed from the petition.
While you can create a petition with an anonymous account and pseudonym, we believe a key ingredient for a petitions success is the willingness of you and your coworkers to stand up for yourselves, without fear or shame. For this reason, we generally recommend against the use of anonymous accounts or pseudonyms.
While we do not currently offer a way for you to edit comments, you are free to delete your comment and post a new one with your corrections.
Click/tap on the petition whose signatures youd like to download. This will bring you to your dashboard. Scroll down the page to find the box labeled Recent Supporters. The bottom part of that section will read Full supporter list.
Click/tap on the petition you would like to edit. This will bring you to your dashboard. Click/tap on Edit at the top of the page. Use this page to make any changes youd like.
