all right youtube i want to talk about what you can do to quickly free up space in your free salesforce developer account its a common problem if you use your org for very long youll inevitably docHub over 100 of your used data space now in this particular instance im only sitting at 27 usage but ive noticed that salesforce has a lot of tasks set to happen in the future in these free developer accounts and so ill show you how you can clear that up and free up some space i clicked on view there and this gives me more details on my storage usage the topmost defender in my org coming in at a whopping 4.1 megabytes would be tasked with the record count of 2081. now thats not a huge amount of storage space being used but you see here in my own instance of this particular free salesforce account im only granted a data storage capacity of 45 megs and so what you can do is you can do a mass delete of those tasks that are set to the future because you dont necessarily want those to happe

Click on Workbench Invoices. Click the invoice number you want to cancel (Search for it or Edit filters). Click Cancel at the top of the invoice. Click Yes to confirm.
Use T. Code VF11 or VF02 for cancellation of debit note. and if you dont want to do this then raise the credit note against this customer.
A transaction once entered cannot ever be deleted. The transaction can only be settled. Therefore even the Cancellation process in a nutshell simply creates a Credit Note of the same amount as the Invoice/Debit Note and settles it with the Invoice/Debit note in question.
To reverse the Debit memo document you have to reverse the subsequent document generated. you need to reverse the invoice and cancel the Debit memo. This is nothing but resetting DP90.
You can reverse the debit memo request with transaction VF11, so all the accounting entries will get reversed. Then the debit memo request will be open, you can delete the same with VA02. You may reject the debit memo request by assigning a appropriate reson for rejection.
In the Manage Debit Memo Requests app, choose the debit memo request you want to change and switch to change mode. In the Manage Debit Memo Requests app, choose the debit memo request ID and then choose Change Debit Memo Request. In the Debit Memo Request app, choose Change Debit Memo Request from the related apps.
