How do I cancel my docHub agreement?

Select the agreement you want to cancel, and click the Cancel link in the right rail. Provide a reason for canceling the agreement if desired. Optionally notify the participants of the agreement. All of them. Click Cancel Agreement.

What do the new SCCs require?

The new SCCs also require both parties to conduct and document a Transfer Impact Assessment. This includes evaluating the circumstances of the data transfer as well as the third countrys laws and practices to ensure that they do not prevent the data importer from complying with the provisions of the SCCs.

Do you need a DPA with the new SCCs?

Do I need to update my DPA to account for new SCCs and when? Yes, but there is a grace period. If you have negotiated a separate DPA with Twilio that includes the prior EU-approved version of the SCCs, those SCCs will remain in place and effective until December 27, 2022.
