hi this is John of monolith advantage bids be showing you all how to set up your email to where we need to lead it it permanently deletes it out of your inbox instead of you having to go through and delete and then purge so currently if you have your email setup and you check an email and click delete youll see it does a strike there on your email now from there youll have to say purge deleted to actually get it out of your inbox and some of yall may like that set up if you dont this is going to fix it for you under your options menu here if you expand that you can go to mail then click on deleting and moving messages you have a few different options for deleting your messages under here we can first of all we can set it up this is the main thing they are going to want to do when deleting messages moving to your trash folder you go ahead and click that checkbox and then youll need to go ahead and set up a Trash folder so if theres not one created you can say create new Trash fold
