hi there my name is Melissa from the HR department and today Im going to be showing you how to delete a time off request of my HR so the first thing that we want to do once you log in is go to personal data and then to time management and then instead of clicking absence calendar you want to click time off so then it takes you to the page where the employee has the annual holiday that they have requested so whenever you see the plus sign all you have to do is click on there and then it will bring up this page so it will show you the date that they want to take off if theres multiple dates then um it would be lets say from the 27th to the 29th and it will show you either if its one day or multiple days and as well as the type of absence that they want to take off so essentially all you would then have to do is Click approve and you would then put the um reason as to why you would approve normally people just approve it and if you click decline it gives you the reason why you would d
