ah so a few weeks ago I made a video about a do not rent to list theres certain people we throw on a list that we just dont rent to or limit our rentals to I got really mad at this one venue and this venue owner who left all my white padded chairs outside after the ceremony left him out for two days they got covered and the stuff from the tree above and bird poop and we had to clean all of them so I put her on the do not rent two chairs she can rent dishes she can rent tables for inside but no chairs however she keeps calling every single week wanting chairs and the office guy has been doing the standard line Im sorry theyre not available and she gets mad and then she calls again Im sorry that unavailable so I decided it instead of just being evasive with her I just called her up and I told her the truth that we dont like renting chairs to her cuz she makes him dirty I chose my words very carefully I called her and I said listen last time picked up the chairs I was very dishearte

A landlord uses a 30-day Notice to Quit (move out) to end a month-to-month tenancy if the tenant has been renting for less than 1 year. A landlord uses a 60-day Notice to Quit if their tenant has been renting for 1 year or more.
A month-to-month tenancy may be terminated by either the landlord or the tenant simply by giving written notice from one side to the other. Unless the rental agreement or lease provides for a different time period, the notice to terminate must be given to the landlord at least 30 days before the tenant moves out.
The notice should have your name, the unit you are occupying and the date in which you will be completely moved out. It should also include a forwarding address to where your security deposit can be mailed. If you have a month-to-month rental agreement, a 30-day notice should be provided to the landlord.

But, your landlord can still require you to move out for one of the no-fault reasons listed in the law. If your landlord evicts you for one of these reasons, they must first give you one months rent or waive one months rent to help you move out.
