lets see how to delete a guest charge which has been posted to a wrong room im supposed to post a guest charge to 1603 instead of that i post it to 1602 so i want to delete the charges to delete a guest charge right click on the rule click get charges enter your password so if i want to activate delete i have to activate view by clicking refresh the view button gets activated im clicking on view im selecting the bill number i can see the entry what i entered earlier now im clicking delete are you sure you want to delete this record yes cancel reason wrong room selected it got deleted now
