Via a calendar invite using Outlook online (webmail) Open Outlook from your browser in Microsoft 365. Open the calendar, and click on New Event. Click on the Response options and ensure Hide attendees list is ticked. Add in the subject of the meeting where it indicates Add a title.
Select the column header for the column that you want to delete, and from the menu, select Column settings Edit. At the bottom of the Edit Column pane, select Delete. To delete the column and the data in the column permanently, select Delete.
In the left navigation, click Voice Phone numbers. On the Phone numbers page, select the number that you identified in step 1, and then click Edit. In the Edit pane, under Assigned to, click the X to remove the user. Click Save.
Teams delete files from chat conversations You would think you would delete them from the Files tab, but you cant. Files in Chats are stored in OneDrive. You can delete them in the OneDrive app, or you can delete them from Teams using the Files app. They are stored in a folder called Microsoft Teams Chat Files.
Delete a chat thread in Teams From Chat on the left side of Teams, go to the chat you want to delete and select More options. Delete Chat. Select Delete. Once youve selected Delete, the chat will be permanently removed from your chat list and conversation history will be deleted.

Use Teams on the desktop or web to delete files.Delete a file from a chat Open Files on the left side of Teams. Under Cloud storage, select the cloud service where you originally saved the file. Select More options. next to the file and then select Delete.
If you dont have the Delete message option when you right-click a chat message, it has been turned off by your administrator. Microsoft, by default, turns this setting on for all users. If you are the administrator, you need to toggle Delete chat to on in the Messaging policies section of the Teams admin center.
