To remove, it just right-click the cell & select Delete Comment from the contextual menu. Alternatively, select the cell, go Insert> Edit Comment, then press the delete key.
Select the worksheet where you want to delete comments, then press F5. Click Special, select Comments, then click OK. Open a context menu with right-click, then click Delete Comment.
In the Excel Options dialog box, on the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Display section and choose the option: No comments or indicators to hide indicators: Indicators only, and comments on hover to display all indicators like a little red triangle and display the comment only when you open it.

On the Review tab, in the Comments section, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow by Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.

To change your User name: At the top left of the Excel window, click the File tab. Click Options, and in the Options window, click the General category. Scroll down to the section, "Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office" Delete the existing User Name, and type a new entry. Click OK.

Recently, when entering any data into a cell, the cell is outlined in red with a small red box in the upper red of cell. You have Change Tracking activated, deactivate with menu Edit → Track Changes → Record.
To display an individual comment, right-click on the cell, and select Show/Hide Comments. To display all comments in the worksheet, go to the Review tab > Show all Comments.
