if you have incorrectly signed a note you may need to delete it once a notice side it cannot be deleted by you the way to do that is to go to the Tools menu click on CPRS note in error - we link and then click on note in error this will generate this info path document that you have to fill in and submit for the note to be deleted that is how to delay delete a note

Deleting Notes To delete notes: In the Bill of Characteristics, right-click a note and click Explode Note. Select a note to delete. Click Delete row to delete the selected note or Delete all rows to delete all notes.

In Write mode, select the dynamics you want to delete. Delete the dynamics in any of the following ways: Press Backspace or Delete. Choose Edit > Delete.
You can uninstall Notes® by dragging IBM Notes. app from /Applications to the trash. You can also uninstall Notes using the uninstaller application supplied with the Notes media. Both methods preserve user data.
