To move or delete a section, select View > Slide Sorter. From here, you can: Move a section: Right-click and select Move Section Up or Move Section Down. Delete a section: Right-click and select Remove Section.
Edit Document Properties, and Personal Information To selectively edit or remove data, click File > Info > Properties. Click Show All Properties. Delete or edit information.
Click File > Info > Remove Personal Information. Click the Personal Information tab. Select the Remove these items from the document check box.
Right-click the section title, and then click Remove Section & Slides. If PowerPoint prompts you to confirm the deletion, click Yes to delete the section title and all the slides in the section.

Highlight the text that you wish to hide and select the “Font Color” icon from the Font section of the Ribbon. Change the color to the same color as the background of your slide. Your text will now be hidden.
How to change the PowerPoint Presentation Author Contact. To change the author name, you will need to right click on the Author property. Notice that this will show you the presentation author and It is not the same as the Last Modified By value. To remove the author, right click and then click Remove Person.
