The Active Users view provides a list of users that have been activated for . Select the check box for the user or users you want to remove. You can select the top-level check box to select all the displayed users. Click Remove Users or Remove and Close Users to remove the selected users.
All other changes Log in to docHub. Go to the Manage tab. In the Status column (left-side of the screen), locate the agreement that you wish to void within the In Progress or Waiting on You sections. Click on the agreement, and in the Actions section (right-side of screen), click the Cancel link.
Select the agreement you want to modify. Click Modify Agreement to open a Send page in limited editing mode. You cannot make changes in the Recipients or Message sections. On the Send page, you can add, delete, replace (delete then add), and reorder documents.
Canceling an agreement stops the transaction in its current state. The transaction cannot be completed and is moved to the Canceled category on the Manage page. Note: Canceled is a terminal status, and cannot be reversed.
Deleting an agreement Navigate to the Documents tab. Select the filter in the left rail that contains the agreement to be deleted. Select the individual agreement you want to delete to open the Actions list in the right rail. Select Delete from the Actions list.
Change the Owner of a Gen Template Access the Setup page as a Salesforce administrator. Select the Gen Templates tab. Select the arrow to the far-right of a Gen template. Select Change Owner from the drop-down menu. Add a new owner from the Change Owner dialog box:
View agreements and templates To view all your agreements and templates, click Documents All agreements. You can further filter your agreements by status, such as In Progress, Waiting For You, Completed, Templates, and more.
Keep in mind that when closing a user, it will affect access to certain user data. The users Inbox, Sent and Deleted items are still preserved within the account. Administrators on the account can gain access to these through User Sharing.
