Process The Requesting Manager starts the Delete Position process. The Requesting Manager selects the position to be deleted, and goes to the Fill Out Form step. The deletion date is automatically entered as the current date. The Requesting Manager reviews the position details and forwards to the HR Administrator.
If you mistakenly save information in the People window, you can remove the person by selecting Delete Record from the Edit menu. Notice that you are prevented from performing this action if you have entered information about that person in other windows.

You cannot delete a person from the database.But there are objects: That can be deleted without restrictions, for example, phones, emails, and profile content etc. That have restrictions preventing the deletion of data such as person names, person legislative data, etc.
The option to delete an employee record can be found in the Help tab. The employee record is now removed from the company database. NOTE: Please be careful when using this option, if the employee has be paid in the current tax year you should not delete the record.
