hello everyone and welcome back to our Channel we have been using MS project for quite some time and a lot of people come with a question what uh summary tasks so an easier understanding its a task that may have multiple subtasks inside of it so for example analysis or analyze is a summary task and its driven by anything thats inside uh inside of it so these two tasks are subtasks of analyzed so an interesting question arises when you try to delete a summary task it will automatically delete the subtask in it however there sometimes may as may come a requirement that you want to delete a summary task however you want to keep the subtask now how what would you do all right so for example if you want to delete this you right click on it and click delete so it it will immediately ask you that if you continue with the delete and it will also delete its subtasks so that way you lose all three of them for some reason lets say you dont want to remove the subtask but you want to remove th
