[Music] hi im candace global trainer for topcon healthcare and im here to give you an imagenet 6 quick tip on moving and deleting patient data okay so now im going to show you how to move and to delete scans if you did them under incorrect patients or if you just need to delete bad scans go to administration management patients so to look up the patient you can either put in their id their last name first name or if you leave everything blank and hit search itll bring you to your entire patient database so if you accidentally did an incorrect scan on a patient select the patient and on the right side it populates all that patient scans so if you knew that this was not mike macula scans instead it was danny disc click on the scan hit move and then you can type in the id or if you hit search with it blank itll bring up all your patience then you can say oh okay im going to move mikes scans into danny disk scans by clicking on danny disk and hit move and then it transfers that scan
