okay students and families this is mrs edwards i want to show you how to remove from your calendar some of the canceled meetings that we have on teams with this schedule change so that you dont have a confusing on your calendar which classes you need to go to so on the left side when youre logged into teams if you will go here to calendar and itll pull up your calendar and if youll see when youre looking at this calendar youll see classes that are scheduled should show normal with nothing wrong but if youll see if its been canceled youll have lines through that class those are the ones that you dont need to show up so if you will click on when it has been cancelled now before you remove it from your calendar you can click on it and you want to instead of removing the occurrence that means you would just remove that one from the calendar but if it has been the entire time that it has been removed this series that means that all of the classes for that time have been canceled w

With a recurring event, you cannot edit or delete any of the occurrences individually. In contrast, event series allows you to create a mass of events at one time and then edit or delete them individually. This is because a recurring event is one event that occurs multiple times.
Modify a meeting request or appointment In the calendar, select the calendar event, and then select Edit. If this is a recurring meeting or appointment, you will also have to choose one of the following: This event: Choose this option to open and make changes to the event youve selected in the calendar.
The Steps are as follow: Go in the calendar page view. Select view settings. Select other settings. Font set something as 14 pt. for example to check if it is appropriate for you ok.
Change your work hours and days in Outlook Open Outlook Calendar and click the File tab. Click Options. Click Calendar. Under Work time, do one or more of the following: To change your work hours, in the Start time and End time lists, click the start time and end time of your work day.
As a delegate, you can also edit or cancel meetings on behalf of the calendar owner. To do so, open the calendar event, make the changes, and select the option to send the updated or canceled meeting invitation. The meeting update or cancellation will be sent from you on behalf of the calendar owner.
You wont be able to edit events if you dont have the necessary permissions or if the calendar is in read-only mode. Changing the Outlook calendar permissions or enabling shared calendar improvements will fix the problem.
Modify a meeting request or appointment On the left margin of the window, select Calendar. In the calendar, select the calendar event, and then select Edit. Change any details for the event, and then select Save if this is an appointment you created for yourself or Send if this is a meeting with attendees.
