You can remove an employees access to Xero Me so they cant see their payroll information through the employee portal. Click on the organisation name, select Settings, then click Users. Select the employee. In the Payroll section, click Remove employee access.
Go to Payroll, then Employees. Select the employees name. If the employee isnt on the list, select All employees from the Active Employees dropdown. Select the employee you want to delete.
Delete a payment From Banking, select the relevant bank account. From the Activity tab, select the tick box to the left the transactions you want to delete. A toolbar now appears above the list. From the toolbar, select the Delete icon.
Edit a pay component If you want to change this or youve created a new pay component and want to change it: From Maintenance, select Pay Components. From the Component Type drop-down, select the type of component you want to edit. Select the pay component then edit it as required.
