Activating Step Tracking To turn on (or turn off) the Step Tracking feature: In the apps More page, tap Settings then Steps. If you are already linked to an Activity Tracker thats compatible with MyFitnessPal Step Tracking, tap that item in the list of options.
Log out and delete the MyFitnessPal cache (Clear the cache of your iPhone or Clear Cache on Android Devices) and uninstall the MFP and Trainerize App. Reinstall Trainerize and log back into your account. Reinstall the MyFitnessPal app, log in and confirm the food entries on the diary itself are correct.
Click on the Food tab, then click My Foods. Search for the food youd like to edit or delete, then click on that item in the search results. Finally, click on the Edit or Delete button to make modifications to your food.
In the Android, iPad and iPhone apps On the diary page, tap the Edit or Pencil icon at the top. ​Each item in your diary will display a selection icon. Tap each item you would like to delete, then tap the delete or trash can icon.
If the Watch app is unresponsive communicating with the iPhone, exiting and re-launching the Watch app is usually enough to cause un-synced data to process. In some cases it may also be helpful to tap More Sync on the MyFitnessPal iPhone app.
If you notice that your MyFitnessPal data is not syncing, you may want to check your minimum calorie goal. MyFitnessPal automatically has a minimum daily calorie goal of 1,200 calories per day for women and 1,500 calories per day for men.
Tap on Profile in the top right corner. Scroll to Privacy and tap on Apps. Tap on MyFitnessPal. Make sure Allow MyFitnessPal to Read Data Workouts is turned to ON to sync your workouts between both apps.
In the Android, iPad and iPhone apps On the diary page, locate the item you would like removed and swipe your finger horizontally (from right to left) across an item to reveal the Delete Entry command for that item.
