alright welcome back to topics in radiography videos here I just wanted to do a quick tutorial on how to cheaply and quickly anonymize your radiographs this tutorial pertains to any students who are on a budget you cant afford Photoshop or dont have access to photoshop and want to use this simple little trick using windows paint obviously for HIPAA purposes I dont have any patient demographics on this image but Ive got a marker here and some text over here that I can you know just kind of get rid of if I want to completely anonymize this radiograph here my first thing is I want to copy this image and I can do that by holding ctrl print screen and then what I want to do is paste that somewhere thats basically just copying anything thats on your screen so to paste it I can go to all programs accessories and lets open up paint this is one of the newer versions with windows 7 so now that Ive got a new document open here im just going to control v that will paste my image there can

When deleting selected images, you will need to place a white border around the images you want to delete. Use Ctrl to select multiple images. Go to Image Functions- Reject Selected Images. Select a rejection Reason, enter a comment and click on OK.
Go to your Album Archive. Open the photo you want to delete. At the top right, select More Delete photo . If you dont find Delete photo, select Manage in Google Photos to delete the photo.
Delete the study by right-clicking on the case and selecting Delete study.
Drag the image over the folder icon on the top bar of the window. Once you drop the image on top of that folder icon, the following message will appear. Clicking delete will permanently delete the image, but clicking archive will move the image to the archived section of the chart.
To clear an image or series in a tile: Right click to display the context menu, then select Clear from the context menu.
Your PACS viewer will typically have an Export function in the file menu. Keep in mind that different PACS systems have different user interfaces and different features. Your IT department or radiology department can assist you in finding the Export function.
Click the Delete button on the toolbar or press Del . You can also select the study, right-click, and choose Delete studies from the menu options. Or select the series, right-click, and choose Delete series from the menu options. 3.
Delete the study by right-clicking on the case and selecting Delete study.
