Its possible delete a candidate either by choosing cancel onboarding from the dashboard or change the Process status as completed under Manage data tool.
To restart a running process in the Onboarding (Transitions) Center, users open the process details page and click Restart. Whenever a process is restarted in Onboarding (Transitions), the process uses the most up-to-date information. The process starts at the beginning, assigning each task to the right participant(s).
Cancel Onboarding Kindly go to Admin Center - Manage Business Configuration - employmentInfo and check if the fields that are set there are Mandatory and the Onboardee has provided a data in it. Also make sure okToRehire field is enabled. It does not need to be mandatory.
Procedure Go to Onboarding Dashboard. Note. Select the View All Tasks link for the candidate for whom you want to restart the Onboarding process manually. On the Candidates Details page, click on the Actions menu on the Candidate Profile header and select Restart Onboarding.
Forgot Password Link in Onboarding Welcome Message Candidate will use the Paperwork link. Candidate will direct to Onboarding login page and click the Forgot Password button. Candidate will need to enter the Onboarding username/loginID to proceed resetting the account password.
Procedure From the Onboarding Dashboard, under All Tasks tab, select the candidate whose Onboarding process you want to delete. From the candidate details page, click  More on the top-right corner of the page and select  Action. Select Cancel Onboarding from the Actions menu.
If you want the Candidate to be removed from Manage Pending Hires list, please change the Candidate Status in OCI (OnboardingCandidateInfo). If the Candidate is already hired, then Ready to Hire is set to Yes, then please change the status for Hired to YES and click Save.
If you did not pass your onboarding attempt, you can reset your onboarding attempt yourself by going back to the Onboarding section of the course and clicking on restart my exam. This will allow you to be immediately reset and try again. Please make sure to restart your computer before re-attempting onboarding.
