Yes, you are safe to delete the original fonts you have downloaded and the absence of the original files will not pose a problem.
Go to C:\Windows\Fonts (or Start Menu → Control Panel → Appearance and Personalization → Fonts), right click on a font, and select "Delete". If the font is protected, you will receive an error message saying "[X] is a Protected System Font and cannot be deleted."
In the Font Book app on your Mac, select one or more fonts, press Delete, then click Remove. Click Remove Fonts or Remove Non-System Fonts to confirm. Removed fonts are moved to the Trash.
Once they've been installed, compressed files in your Downloads folder can be deleted if you want to. You can verify if they have been installed in Settings > Personalization > Fonts. Was this reply helpful?

It should be under Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Fonts. This should open all the fonts installed on your computer. After that, it's a simple matter of pressing Ctrl+A to select all and hitting the “delete” button.
You can manage fonts if you open Files app and go to On My iPad > Procreate. They'll be in the Fonts folder there. You can delete all fonts that you've installed by removing them from the font folder in Files (Files > On My iPad > Procreate > Fonts).
But the more fonts you have, the longer it takes the system to load (though processor speed and amount of installed RAM are also issues here). So it is not a bad idea to rid yourself of fonts you know you will never use.
Keep The Number of Fonts Used At a Minimum Using more than 3 different fonts makes a website look unstructured and unprofessional. Keep in mind that too many type sizes and styles at once can also wreck any layout.
Remove fonts that you don't use In Control Panel, type Fonts in the search box at the top right. Under Fonts, click Preview, delete, or show and hide fonts. Select the font that you want to remove, and then click Delete.
