To do so, open your PDF file in docHub, then click on the Edit PDF tool in the toolbar on the right. When youre in form editing mode, you can make several types of changes to the PDF file. You can edit text, alter a field name, or add new text and fillable fields. You can also choose different fonts.
Resolution Open the PDF document in docHub. Select the Prepare Form tool. Select the form field(s) to unlock. Open the form field properties window. Uncheck Locked checkbox in bottom-left corner. Uncheck Read Only checkbox. Re-check Locked checkbox and select Close
Select View Tab Highlight Fields from the menu. The same step will toggle the field highlights off.

Preview lets you edit and add text boxes to your document easily using the following steps: Open the PDF in Preview. Click the toolbox icon to open the Markup Toolbar. Click the T icon in the toolbar to create a new text box. Click the text box to select it. Select the text box to adjust its formatting.
