so in the first play list we talked about how to how to create a Google form and related sheet this is going to talk about how do we test additions changes into deletions to this form and how does that show up in the sheets so the example here is were going to take an existing form and were going to add a new question and so lets just say were gonna say how much sleep do you usually get and I might as well make that not grammatically correct and were going to make this a short answer and well what happens is is that were now if we jump over to the responses we can actually see if we go to the sheet we can see we now have automatically added kind of this field and if we say you know thats an awfully long field for us to work with what we want to do instead is just to call this sleep hours then what were able to do is to say lets work with that and what Im going to do is to copy this off and Im going to add this as a sheet too because what that does is to give me an easy way t

Deleting a Form Section To delete a form section, click the Delete section button ( ). Click the Save button.
Deleting All Fields Press Alt+F9. This makes all the field codes in your document visible, instead of the results of those fields. Press Ctrl+H. In the Find What box, enter ^d as what you are searching for (make sure you use a lowercase d). Make sure the Replace With box is empty. Click on Replace All.
Click the field on the layout, then press Backspace or Delete. Removing a field this way does not delete the field or its data from the database. See Defining and changing fields.
1. Open the form, right click on the header, go to form design and just click on X icon for the field which you want to remove.
Open the form right click on the field which you want to delete Configure Dictionary Click Delete.
Navigate to System UI Form Sections. Select the form that contains the section you want to delete. For example, the Incident form. The name of the form section to be deleted should be displayed in the Caption field. From the Actions on selected rows menu, select Delete. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
