To delete a lease: Navigate to Rentals Rent Roll. Click on the lease you want to delete. From the lease summary page, select Delete lease.

Editing rent: If you need to edit the rent cycle or charge details go to. Go to rentals rent roll click into the lease click the financials tab rent page click on the quick menu to the right of the rent youd like to edit. Make your adjustments and click save.
If an existing tenant is renewing their lease or going to month-to-month (MTM), scroll down to the Rent History section. Click Renew Lease to add a new term and/or update the rental rate.
A surrender and regrant occurs where variations to a lease are so inconsistent with the continuation of the existing relationship that the law deems the existing lease to have been surrendered and a completely new lease brought into being.
On the Lease Transactions page you can change the rent amount and due date. The first rent invoice date cannot be changed.
