Delete company from Sage Drive Management Centre Log into the Sage Drive Management Centre using your Sage ID. Select the By company view and click the company you want to delete. Click the Delete company icon. To delete other companies in the list, repeat steps 3 and 4. Sign out then close the Internet browser.
Ensure you arent logged in to the company you want to delete. Whilst logged in, click File, click Delete Company then if prompted enter your password. Select the company you want to delete, click Delete Company then click Yes. Click OK then click Cancel.
To delete an account immediately From the Maintain menu, select Chart of Accounts. Sage 50 displays the Maintain Chart of Accounts window. Enter or select the account ID you want to remove. Select the Delete toolbar button to remove the account.
To delete a company, you must exit Sage 50 and delete the company data folder using Windows Explorer. Warning! You should make a backup of the companys data if there is any possibility you may need the information later. It is also recommended that you back up data on your hard drive before beginning this procedure.
Ensure you arent logged in to the company you want to delete. Whilst logged in, click File, click Delete Company then if prompted enter your password. Select the company you want to delete, click Delete Company then click Yes. Click OK then click Cancel.
Disconnect from Remote Data Access Open Sage 50cloud Accounts. On the Company Selection window, click the ellipsis (3 dots) to the left of the relevant company. Click Disconnect From Remote Data Access. Enter your Logon name and Password then click OK. Click Yes then click OK.
On the Company navigation bar, click Pay Elements. Click the required pay element tab then select the required pay element. Click Delete then click Yes then click OK.
Edit a pay component If you want to change this or youve created a new pay component and want to change it: From Maintenance, select Pay Components. From the Component Type drop-down, select the type of component you want to edit. Select the pay component then edit it as required.
