Start building and adding fields by dragging them from the Form Fields menu on the left of the form builder. From there, you can add, edit, delete, copy, or move your fields using the window slide-out on the left.
Edit Fields To edit a field, click on that field and a field editor will slide in from the left of the page. Within the field editor, you can edit the Field Type, Field Label, Field Options, Optional Sub-fields, Field Size, Field Language, and Field Logic. To return to the list of fields, click on the blue arrow.
If the field does not exist on your sheet, hover over an element in the center panel and click on the plus sign. Enter a name for your field, choose the field type, and click Add. The new field appears below the selected element on the form and a new column will appear in your sheet.
Start building and adding fields by dragging them from the Form Fields menu on the left of the form builder. From there, you can add, edit, delete, copy, or move your fields using the window slide-out on the left.
Drag and drop a new Section onto your form where you want your page break and check the Start new page option. You can also add a progress bar to your form when using multiple pages. This is useful on longer forms to show your users where they are in the process of filling out the form.
Delete Fields To delete a field, click on the field then click on the delete button on the left-side edit menu. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you really want to delete the field. You can also simply mouse over the field and click the trashcan icon that appears on the right-hand side.
To delete a form, check the box next to the form on the Forms page of your account. Then click on the button that says delete with a trash can icon. A warning message will pop up to make sure you really want to delete your form. At this point, hit the Delete button or the Cancel button.
To remove a single element from the form, hover over it and select the trashcan icon in the top-right of that field, or drag and drop it from your form to the left panel. To remove all fields from your form, use the Remove All or Add All buttons in the left panel.
At the top of the form builder, hover over the logo to reveal the Change Logo button and then select Change Logo. Select Browse, choose your logo, and then select Apply. You can also drag and drop your logo onto the upload box. Use the Show Logo toggle to show or hide the logo on the form.
