[Music] hello its talita here and today in our eco soft series we are going to learn how to create move and delete appointments so were going to start on the practice management screen and were going to left mouse click on the on schedule now there are different ways of making appointments you could either double left-click on a slot on the schedule or you could right mouse click and then click schedule appointment if you know the patients last name you can start by typing the first few letters of the last thing and when you hit tab you will get a short list of only patients that have those initials for the last name if you accidentally selected the wrong patient all you need to do is click on this little icon to change patients and start searching for the correct patient again if you dont remember the patients last name you can click on the hyperlink for patient start typing a couple of letters of the last name and the list will shorten and narrow down to the names with those ini

Update or cancel a meeting you organized Double-click the meeting on your calendar to open it. Change the location, start and end times, attendees, message, or other options. On the Organizer Meeting or Meeting tab, click Send Update.
To remove a single element from the form, hover over it and select the trashcan icon in the top-right of that field, or drag and drop it from your form to the left panel. To remove all fields from your form, use the Remove All or Add All buttons in the left panel.
