log in to my fp and navigate to vision360 then select meter operators locate the operator that is no longer needed and click the corresponding trash can icon to the right a message will pop up on your screen asking if you would like to delete the meter operator if this is true proceed by clicking yes delete it once all above steps are completed you may go to your postage meter and press menu from the home screen then locate and press the option for synchronize and perform a sync all once finished press and quickly release the power button to see available list of operators
