now in this example we have a default form that was built for us automatically and with the default forms youve got the standard fields that are in your list already showing now to move fields its very simple to just click on the field that youre interested in and just drag it to the place that you want it to be super super easy just take that there now to delete a field if you dont want the field to show in your form for instance these attachments here we dont need for this form Ill just go ahead and click the X and those are gone now some fields that are in your list do not appear by default in the automatically built form modified by version things like that if you want them to be in the form you can just take them from the list column area and drag them and drop them onto the form where you want them to be now I notice this is not an active field because this is information that is supplied by SharePoint but you do have the option of having it there if you want it

Delete a contract type: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Contract Type. Click Contract Type. Click the down arrow next to the contract type that you want to delete and then click Delete.
On the Contract record detail page, click Terminate Contract. The Terminate page opens. In Terminate Date, enter or select the date on which to terminate the contract. Select the Terminate Type.
In the Apps section, click Object Settings and select Accounts. Click Edit and select the Delete checkbox under Object Permissions.
The Delete option is available on the accounts detail page and on the account list view in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. If you dont see the Delete option, you dont have permission to delete the account. Ask your Salesforce admin for help.
Delete a Sales Agreement In a sales agreements record, select Delete on the header. Click Delete to confirm your action. You can only delete a sales agreement that doesnt have any active orders associated with it. Note All account product forecast records linked to a deleted sales agreement are also deleted.
To delete a Contract, click Del next to the Contract on the Contracts list page. A Contract can also be deleted by clicking Delete on the Contract detail page. Note: When deleting a Contract, all related Notes, Attachments, Events and Tasks, History, and Approval Requests are deleted.
