Part 1: Set Attendee Access In the Teams Calendar click on the scheduled meeting. Click Edit. Click Meeting options. The Meeting options page will open in your internet browser. Set Who can bypass the lobby? to People in my organization. Set Who can present? to Only me. Click Save.

Remove an attendee from an ongoing online meeting in Skype or Teams. In the meeting window, click the Participants icon to see all of the attendees. Right-click the name of the person you want to remove. In the drop-down menu, choose Remove.

If you decide to leave a group chat in Teams, do the following: Select Chat. to open the chat list. Find the name of the group you want to leave. Select More options. Leave. If you change your mind, just ask someone to re-invite you to the group.
If you dont have the Delete message option when you right-click a chat message, it has been turned off by your administrator. Microsoft, by default, turns this setting on for all users. If you are the administrator, you need to toggle Delete chat to on in the Messaging policies section of the Teams admin center.
