hello everyone and welcome to todays webinar my name is rachel klein and i will be your presenter here for the next 20 minutes uh today were going to be talking about a feature in donations for deleting old historical data specifically to the donations module so what this process allows you to do is go in and remove years of giving and pledging information by doing that its going to then free up those people for you to go in and then go back and delete them if you want to so this is a really helpful feature specifically for our customers who have been with us for 20 25 years this is going to allow you to go back to the years you have giving completely remove the data for those years and then in turn that will allow you to go back and delete people if you so wish so clean up your database a little bit okay and in the book theres a couple couple things that it goes over one thing i definitely recommend doing is making a backup of your data before you do this okay any time you see the

Click the Active link on the donation plan that you wish to edit (see image below). On the next page, to change your donation amount, type a new amount in the text box under Amount and click the blue change link. Once you do this, youll set up your new donation amount.
Go click Campaigns from the top menu. Click Edit on the campaign that you wish to deactivate. On the left-hand side, youll see an Archive button. This will automatically deactivate your campaign.
Once youve logged into Donorbox, click the Recurring Plans tab on the left-hand options menu. You will then be brought to a list of all your recurring donation plans. Locate the plan you wish to cancel and click View Details.
You can set the donation buttons on your contribution forms to any amount you want. While donors will always have the ability to enter their own amount, the preset contribution amounts set a frame for how much donors might want to give.
To create one, click the Create Campaign button on your Donorbox dashboard. This will open up our campaign creator. Here, you can name your campaign, add a campaign description to let your donors know exactly what they are contributing to, edit the language or currency of your form, and more.
Make sure your donation form includes these essential elements: Name. This is important for your own data collection. Contact Information. Collecting an email, phone number, or a physical address is vital if you want to continue your relationship with this supporter. Donation Amount. Billing Information.
Heres how: Go to your Donorbox dashboard and click the Edit form link next to your campaign. Click the Design tab at the far right of your editor toolbar. Once youve picked your color, click Save and your new donation form is ready to go!
Open the WordPress Customizer by clicking the paintbrush icon in the admin bar or by going to Appearance Customize in the WordPress dashboard. Click on the Charitable tab. Next, click on Donation Form. If you dont see this listed, try navigating to a Charitable donation form in the preview window.
