hello Im Ian Vasa and Im going to show you how to enable create edit insert and delete email templates in Gmail this was formerly known as canned responses so first of all lets head into Gmail when were there across to the settings cog and then down to settings when the settings have loaded were looking to go to the Advanced tab in the Advanced tab you would have used to have seen canned responses but now you see templates so if we go over and we enable that and then press Save Changes this loads us back into Gmail and were ready to go to be able to create or change previously made templates so if were going to compose and we type in our subject lets template and then this is a test we can go down to our more button and we can see here we have our templates option save draft template save as new template test template save fantastic if I want to use that template I can go back up to compose here I have a blank message again I can click on the more options I can looking on templ
