To add units to an existing property: Navigate to Rentals Properties, and click on the property name. From the property summary page, navigate to the Units tab. Click Add unit to add an additional unit to the property, and fill out the form.
Scroll down and click on the Property Address for the property you wish to delete. On the Unit Timeline page, look towards the right-hand side of the screen for the box titled About [property address]. In that box, select the Delete Unit button. Enter the property address and then select the Delete Unit button.
Click List unit next to the unit you want to list for rent to be brought to the Listing details page. Listings will automatically pull in the information, amenities, and photos you entered in the property and unit details theres no need to fill in the details each time.
If the same legal entity owns the new bank account, read on. Navigate to Accounting Banking. Add the new bank account to your account. Click the current bank account enabled with Epay. If you need to change a rental owners name, contact information, or the properties they own, you can edit the owner.To edit a rental owners information: Navigate to Rentals Rental owners. Click the name of the rental owner whose information you want to edit. Click Edit owner to make any needed adjustments.
Navigate to Rentals Properties, then click on the property name. Click Inactivate property. If there are no financials attached to the property, a pop up window will appear. In the pop-up window, click Delete.
