As a rule, most employee opinion surveys are voluntary. If you notice, many survey results are tabulated based on employee participation rate because thats what boosts the surveys validity. Its uncommon to get 100 percent participation in workplace surveys.
Deleting Individual Responses Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey. Click the Individual Responses tab toward the top of the page. Use the left and right arrows to locate the response you want to delete. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner of the response.
You can edit certain parts of a survey after you send it out. If the survey doesnt have any responses, you can fully edit the survey. If the survey is live, meaning it already has responses, editing options are limited.
How to Delete a Stage Go to your Workflow. Hover your cursor over the stage you wish to delete and click the More Options icon. Click Delete. Confirm that you wish to delete the stage and all tasks within it. Click Yes to confirm.
To delete a survey: Go to the My Surveys page or new Homepage in your account. Click the three dots () to the right of the survey you want to delete. If prompted, close any open collectors. Click Delete. Review the details. Click Delete.
Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey. Click the Individual Responses tab. Use the left and right arrows to find the response you want to edit. Click the Edit button in the upper-right corner of the grey box containing the respondents metadata.
To delete the responses, in the Assessment Instance Questions related list, check the boxes next to all questions that you would like to delete. Then, you can select the Delete option below the check boxes.
An incomplete response is a defect. For each incomplete questionnaire that you remove, you should replace it with a new one if it is feasible.
