[Music] hello this is greg from sharepointmaven and in todays video i would like to show you how you can delete and restore a specific version of a file of a document you have in sharepoint online so we obviously can always delete the document right and then go to the recycle bin and restore it but we can also do the same to a specific version of the document so let me show you for example lets right click version history and of course heres the whole history of the document this is when i created this uploaded the document for the first time i just modified it and i just modified it again so we are going to choose version 2.0 and instead of restore i typically you can restore the previous version were going to delete it so im going to delete it and what ends up happening it actually deletes the version you see it now skips between one and three so we actually deleted a specific version of the document but obviously just like with a regular document nothing is lost just yet it goe
