You can view your schedule by department by creating a department for each of your locations or areas within the business. In Planday each department has its own schedule. If you would like all of your employees on one schedule, you can create one department and later break it down by job role. Or if you would like to separate schedules, you can create multiple departments when you are ready to create the department, you click on the top right corner here, give it a name number your department and add employees from here click save and your departments will sit here To edit the department, choose a department you would like to edit.
