Deleting Individual Responses Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey. Click the Individual Responses tab toward the top of the page. Use the left and right arrows to locate the response you want to delete. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner of the response.
To enable Edit Survey Response feature, follow the steps below: In the Survey Builder page, click on Configure Settings. Under the Configurations, you will find Allow Users to Edit and Resubmit Response option. Enable the toggle. Add a Thank You page to your survey. Your users can now edit and resubmit their responses.
Respondents can change their answers on any survey page even after they complete the survey. Respondents can return to the survey to pick up where they left off and/or edit previous responses until you close the collector. Respondents cant change their answers once they leave a survey page.
Delete completed responses in Qualtrics Go to the Qualtrics Survey. Click on Data Analysis tab. Check the checkbox in the top left corner to select all responses. Click the drop-down With Selected and choose Delete. Once the deletion is completed, you will no longer see any responses.
Once the survey is active and published, its editing is still possible, but you must be very careful in doing so. If you want to correct a typo or change the text in a question or a possible response, you can do so without consequences. The data remains unchanged.
The start and end dates can be changed by clicking on the calendar and then using the two dropdown menus to specify the exact time the survey opens and closes. When the specified start/end times are set, the Save changes button must be selected for the changes to be saved.
EndDate: These date and time values indicate when the respondent submitted their survey. If the entry is a partial response, this date will indicate the last time the respondent interacted with the survey. RecordedDate: This column indicates when a survey was recorded in Qualtrics.
